1. Bearings bear the entire load of the machine, so good lubrication is crucial to their lifespan. It directly affects the service life and operating rate of the drum sand screener. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil must be clean, and the seals must be in good condition. For best compatibility, use with Boyang crushers!

2. Newly installed wheel rims are prone to loosening and must be checked frequently.

3. Pay attention to whether all parts of the drum sand screener are working properly.

4. Carefully check the wear of easily worn parts and replace worn parts promptly.

5. The base plane of the movable device should be kept free of dust and other debris to prevent the movable bearing from being unable to move on the base when the drum sand screener encounters uncrushable materials, which could lead to serious accidents.

The drum screener consists of five parts: a hexagonal drum, a frame, a hopper, a reducer, and a motor. After the crushed stone enters the drum, it is screened as the drum rotates. Larger stones flow forward along the drum’s incline and are gradually screened out through screens of different mesh sizes. Small stones are sieved out and fall into their respective funnels, and then are either transported manually or by gravity to the finished product pile.
