Process Flow

River pebbles are fed into a jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder for crushing. A circular vibrating screen filters out the qualified material, which is then fed into an impact crusher for secondary crushing. The unqualified material is re-fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing until it meets the standards, at which point it proceeds to the next step. After crushing, the material is fed into a sand making machine for sand production. Following impact crushing, a vibrating screen filters out the qualified finished product, which is then washed by a sand washing machine to obtain clean finished sand and gravel.
