Lead-zinc ore flotation production line

Flotation Process
As a commonly used processing method in mineral processing, flotation is widely applied and is an important processing step in lead-zinc ore beneficiation. After crushing, grinding, and classification, the material enters a mixing tank to fully mix with flotation reagents. It is then fed into a flotation machine for flotation treatment, followed by concentration and drying to obtain the final dried product.
Technological Advantages
1. High Processing Capacity and Low Energy Consumption: Xinshengrun Group’s flotation production line is custom-designed by experienced engineers based on user needs. This ensures that each production stage operates independently without interference, while also coordinating the interconnectedness of each step. The seamless, interconnected operation results in high overall production efficiency and a larger processing capacity per unit time.
2. Scientific Tailings Disposal and High Concentrate Grade: The equipment used in the entire production line features meticulously designed structures and is constructed from high-quality steel by experienced craftsmen. The equipment boasts excellent performance, producing high-grade concentrate. The dry tailings disposal process and a rationally combined scheme effectively handle tailings.
3. Economical and Rational: The entire flotation production line is energy-efficient and highly productive. Individual flotation machines are even more energy-efficient, requiring less flotation reagents. Lead and zinc concentrate recovery rates are higher, and tailings water is recycled, reducing production costs. The economical and rational flotation process delivers higher profit returns for users.
Investment Background
Lead-zinc ore is rich in lead and zinc, both important metallic minerals used in various industrial sectors. As commonly used metals, their demand has remained consistently high. Zinc, in particular, is used for galvanizing, zinc-copper-titanium alloys, casting zinc alloys, and in the production of zinc oxide and dry-cell batteries. Lead’s main applications are in lead-acid batteries, chemicals, lead plates and pipes, solder, and lead bullets. Especially in lead-acid battery manufacturing, lead can be considered a major contributor to lead-acid battery production.
