Magnetic Separation Process

After coarse crushing and secondary crushing in a crusher, hematite is ground into powder by a ball mill. The powder is then classified by a spiral classifier. Unqualified material is fed back into the ball mill for further grinding until it reaches the specified particle size. It is then sent to a high-intensity magnetic separator for magnetic separation. The concentrate is then sent to a dryer for drying, finally yielding the dried finished concentrate.
