Crushing Process

Feeding: Vibrating feeder. The material is fed into the crusher for crushing via the vibrating feeder. Simultaneously, pre-screening is achieved, removing foreign objects from the material to prevent them from entering the crusher and damaging its internal structure.

Crushing: Jaw crusher. The jaw crusher can coarsely crush materials and is suitable for crushing various soft and hard materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 320 MPa. It has a simple structure and reliable operation.

Secondary Crushing: Cone crusher, based on impact crushing principle, suitable for medium to high hardness stones such as granite. Various models are available, including spring-loaded, single-cylinder hydraulic, multi-cylinder hydraulic, fully hydraulic, and compound cone crushers.

Screening: Circular vibrating screen, lubricated with thin oil, making maintenance easier. Lubricating oil needs to be changed every 3-6 months. Reliable structure, strong vibration force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, robust and durable, and easy to maintain.
