Production Process

Fly ash is conveyed by a feeder into a jaw crusher for primary crushing. Simultaneously, a vibrating feeder pre-screens out foreign matter mixed in with the material to prevent damage to the internal structure of the crushing chamber. In the jaw crusher, the material is crushed into small pieces by the compression of the two jaw plates. A vibrating screen filters out the qualified portion, which is then sent to an impact crusher for secondary crushing. The impact crusher uses layered crushing, which is very suitable for materials like fly ash that are brittle and not very hard. Similarly, a vibrating screen separates the qualified portion into the finished product, while the unqualified portion is sent back to the crusher for further crushing until the particle size is within acceptable limits.
