This material then impacts and breaks with subsequent material falling from around the distributor. This material then impacts the material lining in the support chamber, causing a second impact. The material lining then rebounds, sending it diagonally upward toward the top of the turbine chamber, causing a third impact. Finally, it is deflected downward and forms a continuous curtain of material ejected from the impeller flow channels. During this motion, the material also collides and rubs against subsequent material or material that has not yet fully fallen, achieving a crushing effect. The crushed material is then discharged through the machine’s designated lower discharge port.

During the entire process, except for the initial speed increase of the material by the turbine, the crushing stage is completed by the mutual impact of the materials, without direct contact or collision with metal parts.
