Precautions for using the modified jaw crusher

(1) As with traditional jaw crushers, the crushing chamber must be thoroughly cleaned of ore and other debris before use to ensure the machine is started under no-load conditions;

(2) The machine generally has a specified start-up time. Feed material only after the machine has officially started. Feeding should be uniform, and care should be taken to prevent large ore blocks from blocking the ore opening. If this occurs, it should be handled immediately under the guidance of correct methods. Do not panic, as this could lead to a safety accident. If necessary, the machine can be stopped for further handling.

(3) During routine maintenance of the jaw crusher, special attention should be paid to the lubrication level of each lubrication point to ensure it is adequate, and the bearing temperature should be maintained during operation. The bearing operating temperature should not be too high.

(4) The size of the discharge opening should be measured and adjusted regularly. For convenience, a template of the discharge opening size can be prepared in advance as a measurement basis.
