Dryers are mainly used for drying granular materials within a certain humidity range, such as yellow sand used in the dry mortar industry, various specifications of molding sand used in the foundry industry, and blast furnace slag used in the building materials and cement industry. The Hongxing new dryer, through innovation, better meets the needs of a wide range of customers. The innovations of the Xinshengrun dryer are mainly in the following aspects:

Firstly, it utilizes the drying principles and methods of high-efficiency vertical dryers, while employing material balance and heat balance principles. It retains the external static insulation, and the internal heat exchange device is designed and installed to adapt to materials of different properties, resulting in a high-efficiency, high-heat-exchange device. It incorporates features of dynamic vertical dryers, such as an anti-clogging vibration feeding device, a vibration flow regulation device, a rotary material crushing device, and internal and external annular air inlets, completely solving the clogging problem.

Secondary hot air technology and structure; materials entering the dryer should ideally not stick to the drum wall and lifting plates. The temperature of the gas entering the dryer for heat exchange should not exceed 750 degrees Celsius. For special requirements of high-temperature drying, the inner drum and lifting plates at the dryer inlet can be made of heat-resistant steel plate. Small-particle clay is used in the chemical industry for small particulate materials that do not undergo chemical changes and are not afraid of high temperatures or dust contamination. Depending on the final moisture content requirements of different industries, the moisture content of the dried material can reach below 1-0.5%, reducing the occurrence of substandard dried material quality.

Variable diameter structure: The dry process rotary kiln production line in the cement industry generates a large amount of waste heat flue gas with a temperature below 350℃. The utilization of this waste heat flue gas plays a crucial role in reducing energy consumption and lowering production costs.

Previously, automatic balancing control systems controlled the material, air, and coal, and adjusted system parameters online, such as heating capacity, induced draft volume, secondary hot air distribution and heating capacity, material interception flow rate, and residence time, to achieve dynamic optimization and balance of system process parameters and improve the utilization rate of system thermal energy. Through these innovations, the new drying equipment will be better suited to the actual needs of a wide range of enterprises. Because rotary dryers inherently cannot effectively utilize this waste heat, the dynamic high-efficiency vertical dryer, through a variable diameter structure, expands the diameter of the preheating and drying zones, reduces air velocity, and increases the evaporation space. Simultaneously, it controls the material residence time through different types of grates and cones, maximizing the efficiency of waste heat utilization.
