Relationship between easily worn parts of the sand making machine and the material

1. The texture of the material and the service life of wear parts are not directly proportional. In other words, if wear parts are handled with fragile materials, their service life will be extended; conversely, harder materials will cause significant damage. Therefore, when choosing a sand making machine, the material of the wear parts must be carefully considered.

2. Wear parts of the same shape can have vastly different performance depending on the material and manufacturing method. Reputable companies generally use higher quality components, especially key parts, with superior manufacturing processes. While these may be more expensive, they are a good choice for customers seeking long-term development.

3. Motor power and machine operating speed. A poorly designed sand making machine will significantly reduce the service life of wear parts. Therefore, the quality of wear parts directly affects the quality of the sand making machine.

Type 1: No-load operation of the sand making machine

During the no-load operation process, the machine must run continuously for 2 hours, and the temperature of the mechanical bearings must not exceed 30°C. The rotation of the entire machine must be smooth and without abnormal noise. This is to ensure that there are no problems with the sand making machine, especially for complete sets of sand making production line equipment.

Type 2: Load Operation of Sand Making Machine

Load operation of the sand making machine can only be carried out after the no-load operation has been performed well. The load operation should be maintained for more than 8 hours of continuous operation to determine whether the actual material output particle size and output meet the production requirements. During the operation, the mechanical bearings should not exceed 35°C to ensure stable mechanical function, no violent vibration, tight fastening between all parts, good sealing performance, and no leakage.
