Raymond mill processing flow and optimization of petroleum coke
The high-pressure Raymond mill efficiently grinds petroleum coke into fine powder, improves efficiency through automated control and wear-resistant components, and its environmentally friendly design ensures that emissions meet standards, providing stable raw materials for downstream production.
Typical processing flow
1. Preprocessing stage:
○ Crushing: Large pieces of petroleum coke are crushed into particles ≤30mm by jaw crusher or hammer crusher.
○ Drying (optional): If the moisture content of petroleum coke is greater than 6%, it must first be dehydrated to an appropriate moisture content in a dryer.
2. Grinding and grading:
○ The material is ground by the main machine of Raymond mill, and then the grinding roller and grinding ring are pressed into fine powder.
○ The analyzer classifies the powder, the coarse powder is automatically re-grinded, and the qualified powder enters the cyclone powder collector.
3. Finished product collection and transportation:
○ Fine powder is discharged through the pipeline and continuously transported to the storage silo or directly used in downstream production.
4. Environmental control:
○ Bag dust collector purifies exhaust gas to ensure dust emission meets standards.
Technical optimization direction
● Equipment selection: Choose a high-pressure Raymond mill (such as the MTW series), which has a grinding roller pressure increase of 800-1200kg, higher efficiency, and longer life of wear parts.
● Wear-resistant parts: Grinding rollers and scrapers are made of wear-resistant steel to extend the service life of the equipment.
● Automatic control: Equipped with PLC system to achieve precise adjustment of feed amount, grinding pressure and grading parameters.
● Energy recovery: Utilize waste heat from the mill or use energy-saving motors to reduce energy consumption.
