The quality of equipment installation determines operational stability and lifespan. The site must be flat and solid, with a foundation strength ≥ C30 and a curing period of 28 days. Power supply voltage fluctuations must be ≤ ±10%, and air pressure must be 0.6-0.8 MPa. Key components must be inspected upon arrival and properly protected for outdoor storage.

Equipment installation precautions

The quality of equipment installation directly affects the equipment’s operational stability, service life, and performance. The following aspects require special attention:

1. Pre-installation preparation

● Site selection and foundation construction:

○ Choose a flat, solid site to avoid foundation settlement. Reserve sufficient space for operation and maintenance according to the equipment model.

○ The foundation size and strength must be constructed strictly in accordance with the “Foundation Drawing” provided by the equipment manufacturer. The concrete strength must be ≥C30 and the curing period must be no less than 28 days.

○ The position accuracy of the embedded anchor bolts must be high (error ≤ ± 2mm). It is recommended to confirm on-site with the equipment installation personnel.

● Power supply and gas source configuration:

○ Configure an independent power supply based on the total power of the equipment, with a voltage fluctuation range of ≤±10%. Check the starting method (such as soft start, variable frequency start) for high-voltage motors.

○ If the equipment is equipped with a hydraulic or pneumatic system, a clean compressed air source must be provided, and the pressure must meet the equipment requirements (usually 0.6-0.8MPa).

● Equipment acceptance and storage:

○ After the equipment arrives, check the packaging integrity, check the parts list, and focus on checking whether the key components such as the grinding roller, grinding disc, and reducer are damaged.

○ When storing in the open air, rainproof and rust-proof measures must be taken, especially for the electric control cabinet and transmission components.
