Drying treatment:

○ If moisture is introduced during activation or compounding, drying is required.

○ Commonly used equipment: rotary dryer, fluidized bed dryer, spray dryer.

○ Temperature control: set according to the heat resistance of humic acid (generally 80-120℃, to avoid high temperature decomposition).

○ After drying, the moisture content is usually controlled below 5% to ensure product stability.

Screening and packaging:

○ Use a vibrating screen to remove lumps or impurities generated during the drying process to ensure uniform particle size.

○ Packaging should be carried out according to market demand (such as bags, ton bags, barrels), and the packaging materials should be moisture-proof (such as PE bags, aluminum foil bags).

○ The label should indicate the product name, specifications, production date, purpose and other information.

Quality Inspection:

○ Key indicators: humic acid content (such as total humic acid, fulvic acid, palmitic acid), pH value, moisture, fineness, heavy metal content, etc.

○ Instruments used: spectrophotometer, pH meter, laser particle size analyzer, atomic absorption spectrometer, etc.

○ Ensure that products comply with relevant standards in the fields of agriculture, industry or environmental protection (such as NY/T 1971, GB/T 35111, etc.).

Storage and transportation:

○ Store in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and humid environment.

○ Prevent the product from being exposed to rain and squeezed during transportation, and handle it with care during loading and unloading.
