Eight Energy-Saving and Emission-Reducing Features of Dryers

3. A new type of feeding and discharging device eliminates the problems of clogging, discontinuity, and uneven feeding found in rotary drum dryers. 4. The use of a co-current drying method, where flue gas and wet material enter the dryer from the same side, allows for high evaporation intensity using high-temperature flue gas, resulting in a low outlet temperature and high thermal efficiency.
5. The novel internal structure enhances the cleaning and heat transfer of dispersed materials, eliminates adhesion to the inner wall of the drum, and improves adaptability to varying material moisture and viscosity.
6. Product particle size and moisture content can be controlled according to user requirements; when drying coal slime, the product moisture content can be below 8%, and the particle size can be controlled below 8mm.
7. The dryer employs a self-aligning roller device, making roller adjustment more convenient and ensuring a linear contact between the rollers and the rolling ring, thus significantly reducing wear and power loss.
8. The dryer achieves “zero horizontal thrust,” greatly reducing wear on the rollers and ensuring smooth and reliable drum operation.
