What configurations are available for a 1000 cubic meter per day stone crusher?

Those in the know understand that a 1000 cubic meter per day crusher typically produces between 1500 and 2000 tons of material per day. Assuming 8 hours of operation per day, this translates to approximately 200 to 250 tons per hour. For the same output, the equipment configuration will vary depending on the properties of the raw materials and the specifications of the output, and there are multiple configurations available.

1. If the raw stone is large in shape, is of medium to low hardness, and the finished product is of ordinary size, then a PE900×1060 jaw crusher + PF1315 impact crusher can be used.

2. If the raw stone is large in shape and has medium to high hardness, and the finished product is of ordinary size, then a PE900×1060 jaw crusher + SC250(F1) single-cylinder cone crusher can be used.

3. If the raw stone is large in shape and is of medium to low hardness, the PCZ1410 heavy hammer crusher can be used alone to form it in one step.
