Application of dry sand making in sand production lines
There are many production methods for sand making production lines, among which dry sand making is a series of environmentally friendly and energy-saving sand making production lines launched by our company. Dry sand making refers to the process where, in the production line, water is not used to remove the mud and powder from the artificial sand. Instead, the mud and powder are removed from the sand using a sand making machine and a classifier, reducing the mud and powder content in the artificial sand and thus obtaining better sand, ensuring the quality and grade of the sand.

Compared to traditional wet sand production lines, dry sand making production lines have the following advantages:
1. No limitations imposed by water sources and environment. Dry sand making can be carried out even in water-scarce areas, whereas traditional wet sand making lines require locations with abundant water resources. In northern winters, production is generally impossible because there isn’t enough water for washing the produced sand, resulting in excessive mud and stone powder content that severely affects the sand’s gradation.
2. Reduced production costs. Traditional wet sand making lines require large amounts of water for washing the sand, while dry sand making lines do not require water investment, thus reducing capital investment.
3. More environmentally friendly. Wet sand making lines require large amounts of water for washing the sand, wasting water resources. Furthermore, the washing of stone powder generated during production also wastes mineral resources. Dry sand making lines do not require water washing and can utilize the stone powder generated during production, thus conserving water and mineral resources and being more environmentally friendly.
