First, check if it’s a power supply fault. Check the motor current; if it’s a motor fault, replace the motor. The vibrating screen assembly line is a centralized control circuit; when any component fails, replace it promptly. Sometimes the voltage is unstable, and the voltage may be lower than the rated voltage during startup; ensure voltage stability during vibrating screen operation.

A common problem is a faulty vibrator. First, understand the working principle of the vibrating screen, which uses the vibration principle of the vibrator to screen materials. If the vibrator malfunctions and cannot be powered, the equipment will not start properly. The vibrator components require good lubrication; use high-efficiency professional lubricating grease and prevent it from thickening, solidifying, or clumping, which would impair its lubrication function. Check the vibrator’s lubrication and replace it with appropriate lubricating oil.

Another possibility is that the linear vibrating screen itself malfunctioned. Due to large fluctuations in the material supply flow rate, the feed rate of the linear vibrating screen may exceed the specified feed value, causing the material to become blocked on the screen surface. When the material accumulates to a certain amount, the workload of the linear vibrating screen becomes too heavy, making it unable to start normally. The solution is to clean the material off the screen surface to ensure that the screen can smoothly screen the material.
